Our Power Woman Training System teaches you how to use military precision so you hit your target in the quickest time possible. The PowerWoman BODY system has been refined for 40 years, using a simple repeatable “mesocycle”, that gives you the knowledge of how to get and stay in shape for a lifetime.
Your course starts off with a personal consultation with JJ (week 1) to learn how to do the special system and customise the training to your individual fitness level and circumstances. You can select a 2 week (special event crash course) package, a 4 week kick starter package or a 6 week Intensive (1 discovery week plus 5 week mesocycle focused training). When you follow the system as given, you can expect for example: to lose any excess fat at a minimum rate of 5% of your total body weight with every 5 week cycle you do.
After your course you can continue on your own with your desired level of supervision, we will advise you after you accomplish your chosen course!
We will push you hard enough to see a result, but do so safely. You will learn how to achieve the most efficient result possible.
You will find these sessions with JJ who is the creator of this programme, invaluable, as you discuss all the unique aspects of your goal, receive a specialised diet, and walk away knowing exactly what you need to do independently.
In addition to all this, we also give you access to our online portal with additional target specific workouts, diet tracker, progress tracker and much more.
BUT THIS IS THE BEST PART IS IF YOUR GOAL IS FAT LOSS OR REMOVING METABOLIC HEALTH CONDITIONS … Once you have reached the ultimate goal (what we refer to as “physical prime”), you will be able to consume 500-1000 extra calories daily without gaining weight, due to your state of advanced physical “priming” and a new base fitness.

Based on our discussion, you may be offered to SIGN UP and start your 2, 4 or 6 week plan, which due to the 30 minute targeted exercise sessions will fit into your schedule. This works alongside a supporting food plan and lots of personal expert guidance.

What happens during THE SHORT COURSE system
Firstly we will meet up (in person or virtually via video chat) and make a detailed inventory on your goals and current situation.
If necessary we will spend week one, focused on your current condition assessing all aspects of fitness, nutrition and health.
From that point, you begin learning exactly how to carry out your INDIVIDUAL program, set up your 1st private session and detailed instructions on how to use your own online training portal, where you will find everything you need to use along side your sessions to help us accomplish your target.
THE DURATION CAN VARY DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU NEED!
For example, we may select a

After your shortcourse most clients can continue on their own. Or with your desired

I am so pleased I approached JJ about this, when I was despairing I had left it too late. JJ helped me make a plan for exercises and eating for the two weeks before my big day in addition to my own regular swimming routine.
