YOUR FIRST SESSION is a trial workout
you begin with your trial session and receive extra help with the exercises (it is like having a pERSONAL session with jj) for which we only require a nominal fee of €15 to join in.
If at the end of the trial session you want to get started (and if we still have space), you can register immediately and €15 will be deducted from your enrollment fee.

Do you also have a course for men?
Of course. When training for the Male physiology, you should choose the private consultation option. Our PWB courses are designed for Women. Speak to JJ after one of the sessions if you know someone who might like some private help.

What if I cannot attend a live course?
No problem. We offer Worldwide consultations and remote individual training plans via our exclusive online private coaching. Contact JJ

How Many women will you accept on each group?
In order to MAXIMISE the personal attention we provide for each member, at the moment we currently strictly limit each course to no more than 12 women. Therefore, to ensure you are part of the next course, early registration is the only way to guarantee your place.

What is your refund policy?
If you have paid for the full course in advance and decide during your first session this is not for you, you should tell your trainer by the end of the workout. Doing so will enable a refund. Please see our terms for more details.

What happens after I sign up?
After registering you will automatically be added to your chosen course. Your live training sessions start at your selected time slot and will be held in Mazara del Vallo on the date you have chosen.

What IF I CANNOT MAKE SOME SESSIONS DURING my membership period?
Simply notify us (during your registration or your first session) of any dates you are going to miss. As long as you let us know in advance (before the membership period starts), we will note your future planned absence and extend your membership period accordingly before you begin.

Can I discuss my personal circumstances before deciding?
YES. We will be happy to give you a quick ‘call to see if we are a good fit. If you wish to arrange a call back, please fill out our contact form.

DO I HAVE TO DO A trial LESSON?
Yes. This is to help get you started without just throwing you into a session and hoping for the best. You simply pay a nominal fee €15 for pre-activity assessment and JJ will work with you to get a feel for some of the exercises and how to adjust for your current ability. And if you sign up immediately at the end of the trial session and make your payment, the €15 will be deducted from the membership fee.
