How do i get on the program?
The 1st session is considered a “trial”. If you are not 100% satisfied after the 1st session – we will give you a refund.

After you complete your group trial session, you can choose to sign up for your membership monthly for a special introductory rate only €89/mth. This guarantees your continuous access to our sessions (we limit our numbers, you will have priority membership access when you start early while we still have the space.

The workouts are delivered in English for local and INTERNATIONAL women
Don’t speak English? No problem! Come along! 
Physical exercise is a UNIVERSAL language – we make it work for everyone!!
 
 
So is all you have left to do now is Join a Workout – let us know you would like to come along for a trial session. You would need to arrive 30 minutes before the session begins to meet your trainer and prepare to join in! (workouts run every Monday and Thursday 1900-1930hr. (scroll down for full details).

WHO IS YOUR TRAINER? FOUNDER OF THE POWERWOMAN BOOTCAMP SYSTEM IS HERE IN MAZARA DEL VALLO!

JJ Armstrong M.Sc. is an Exercise Scientist – highly regarded as one the world’s top international physical and mental training consultants, many trainers turn to her experienced training and advice. A former MILITARY Army Physical Training Instructor / Special Forces, she holds a Masters Science Degree M.Sc., in Exercise Physiology and Fitness Management. JJ has directed and developed top worldwide programs  for soldiers, trainers and teams for 40+ years.

Additionally, she has designed curriculums, lectured and certified 1,000’s of personal trainers and health professionals, demonstrating her extensive applied knowledge as an Exercise Scientist.

For a limited time, JJ has decided she will personally conduct the bootcamp sessions and open up a rare opportunity to work with her privately, alongside her international online programs offering a cost effective high end training solution.

What Is POWERWoman BOOTCAMP TRAINING SYSTEM?

Our Power Woman Training System teaches you how to use military precision so you hit your target in the quickest time possible. The PowerWoman BODY system has been refined for 40+ years, using a simple repeatable “mesocycle”, that gives you the knowledge of how to get and stay in shape for a lifetime.

The women on our bootcamps often come from all over the world and the programme is held in English (we also have Italian members who do not speak English – Exercises are easy to follow!). 

We will push you hard enough to see a result, but do so safely. You will learn how to achieve the most efficient result possible in our inspiring group dynamic. 

In order to maximise your progress, for a limited time, we also offer a private consultation with JJ. You will find this session invaluable, as you discuss all the unique aspects of your goal.

In addition to all this, after your first week, we also give you a free trial to our online system results portal with additional target specific workout guidelines, diet tracker, FAQ’s and much more – When you follow the online system advice, you can expect to lose excess fat at an estimated rate of 5% of your total body weight with every five week cycle you complete.
